Getting option button value from word doc to excel sheet via excel vba

i need to get my code to point its object search at the word doc it has opened,

ie i get it to open a word doc using a file path and selected filename from a list in excel, i then need to read 3 option buttons and a checkbox and return there values to the excel spreadsheet, only one of the 3 options will return a true value an this need to be input into a col then the checkbox input into another col
