Macro for HTML to Excel file

Hi,

I have a big task here and I hope someone might be able to help.

I have to go to an internet link where files are stored for each month in HTML format. I have to open each of them, copy and paste it in excel sheet to be able to analyse it, for a range of 24 months every month. Since the range changes every month, I will need to have an option to choose the period range, like from August 2009 to September 2011 etc.

Since all files will have the same headings, I want macro to paste only the data from each file after the first time. The headings take about 5 rows in excel before the actual data starts. To be able to recognise the data for each month in one spreadsheet, I want Month and year to be included somewhere in the data of that month.

Any help please?

Hi Craig, Apologies for the delay. I got pulled into something else.
I am not sure what do you mean by web query though as the only option on the website is to select a month and it opens a flat HTML file for that month?
