Word drop down list allows user to select multiple choices which displayin one field

Create a drop down box in word 7 that allows user to select multiple choices from a long list of possibilities and have selected choices displayed in one field. For example: if choosing the kinds of pets and drop down lists "dog, cat, fish, bird" and I own a dog and a bird. Want "dog, bird" to show up in one field.
