I tried your formula, and it did take me to A1, but not down A3.
It's like the "Offset" didn't work.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Your formula worked perfectly.
But then a new problem occurred.
Sometimes it is some empty cells in column:A (max 4 empty cells)
Do you know what i can do then, to be sure to end up at A3?
