I have a request that I will formalize and post seperately afterward, but I had a question regarding payment. If I submit the 10% to Ozgrid, and it ends up that a solution isn't available for my request, is there a refund on that amount?
Just concerned with paying up front and then not having anyone able to help me.

Lets say your request was worth $100 and you pay $10 up front. What business person or anyone is going to give a hoot if they lose that? Seriously? Tell you what if one of the guns in here can't fix your problem and you are reasonable with your request I will refund the 10% deposit to you. Have you actually taken the time to see the hit rate in here? Have you actually read what goes on?????? It is off the charts!!! If you can dream it, we can do it!!!
If you do choose to go ahead post a new thread so other Dev members can see it. I am about to crash, so new thread bud.
