Row Height operation will not let me scroll down

I am in a little bit of a problem. After I did a Row Height operation:

For a = 1 To 1000
    Rows(a & ":" & a).RowHeight = 15
Next a

The Excel Sheet will not let me scroll down. The scroll bar moves but the text window does not.

Hi Philosophaie

Do you have the panes frozen? While we are on illogical things, there is no need to loop 1000 times when the following line does the same thing.
