Concurrent Calls With Start And End Time- How many?

[INDENT]Hi All,

I have a set of call data including start time and end time, with all calls on the same date. Now, how would I show in a sepearate column the concurrent calls being made. i.e how many calls are being used at the same time. This relates to how many channels I can suggest to someone with the maximum concurrent calls being made.

I hope that makes sense.

Thanks for the reply. That formula does work but it shows the number of calls during a specific phone call. For example, using the formula given by bebbi, on line 54 it shows 102 calls being made during that start and end time. That tells me how many other calls were made during that 1 call which lasted 2 hours. It does not mean 102 calls were made at the same time. This is what im looking for instead. The calls being made at the same time. I can then show how many lines a phone system needs when people dial out on the same number.
