Make a SUM with #REF! cases inside

  • Hi guys, I have built 2 excels books, one that will have today's data, and one that takes the data of closed books and compile them into 1 single book.
What I want to do, is to be able to do a SUM on all the data. Since there are future dates in the book with all the data, I get #REF! on them(as well as holidays, week ends, days that we wont have any data).

So the question if : how do I make a sum with #REF! inside certain cells?

  • Re: Make a SUM with #REF! cases inside

    =SUM(SUMIF(your_range,{"<0",">0"}))

Where there is a will there are many ways. Finding one that works for you is the challenge!
