Need help with auto filling a rota system

Could anyone explain how I can populate the master sheet with the correct data from one of the sheets labelled Monday through Sunday.

In other words if the current day is Monday - I would require Mondays data to appear in the master sheet.

Pulling my hair out a the mo. To find a simple but working solution.
