add customer & supplier with single userforms

i have create a simple excel sheet ,this excel sheet i am create a home sheet, customer sheet, supplier sheet, country sheet, state sheet, place sheet & i am create a single user form this user form party type Combo box choose supplier/Customer, if i am choose supplier in party type combo box the supplier/customer id text box auto generate supplier id for example Supp-001, supplier/Customer, if i am choose Customer in party type combo box the supplier/customer id text box auto generate Customer id for example Cust-001, supplier/Customer Name text box add customer/Supplier Name,address text box add supplier/customer address,country combo box choose country name, country name was pickup on the country sheet , state combo box choose State Name, state name was pickup on the state sheet, state code was auto generate state code was pickup on the state sheet,place combo box choose place name place name was pickup on the place sheet, pin code text box add pin code, fax text box add fax no, ph/mobile no text box add ph/mobile no, e-mail text box add email address, web-site text box add website name, gstin no text box add gstin no, tan no text box add tan no, pan no text box add pan no,contact name text box add contact person name, ph/mobile no text box add ph/mobile no,opening balance text box add opening balance, if i am choose party type combo box supplier & fill all the information & click on the add supplier command button the add supplier information was add on the supplier excel sheet,if i am choose party type combo box Customer & fill all the information & click on the add Customer command button the add Customer information was add on the Customer excel sheet
i am add the Update command button for update particular supplier/customer information, delete command button for delete the particular supplier / customer, click on the close commnad button to close the userform
