Email from excel

  • Hello,
    i'm trying to send emails automatically from excel but i don't know how to do.
    I have many emails adress in column C, and in column D a result from an IF formula. If the result in D1 is "ok" then send an email to the address in C1, if D2 is "ok" then send an email to the address in C2 and so on(D3 send to C3, D4...C4....)
    The text of the mail shall be the same and even the object.
    how can I do it please?
    is the email working only when excel is running?
