Filtering out duplicate information accorss a Table

I have a lengthy excel file with multiple of the same information in the row. What I need to do is take out all the rows that have the same information. So i would need only one of say the 10 rows that all show the same information. Is there an easy way of doing that? Thank you for the halp.

Thank you it worked perfect I, lol i even tried it a few times but it hadnt given me the desired effect until i threw in a table set then choose just one column. But thank you very much I appreciate it greatly I was spending alot of time trying to reorganize.
