Please help with fill automatically data in another sheet

Thank you in advance and apologies about my English.
I have a problem with Excel. My boss expected to fill "sheet 1" -column "E " and column "F", which data is automatically fill in another sheet -"sheet 2".
For example- Mr Draconimo go to the business trip on 01.01.2018 for Frankfurt and my question is how to fill automatically data in another sheet - "sheet 2" in the case- cell E5 in "sheet 2", which must to fill with city from "sheet 1"- column "F".
