Attendance Sheet

  • I need help making an attendance checklist. I have a list of names and member numbers and I want to make check boxes beside each name. I would like to be able to go through and click on the person's names that are present and it automatically create a new list of everyone present on a new sheet to be printed out. The new sheet needs to include First_Name , Last_Name Club # Any help is very much appreciated.

  • I'd suggest just putting a mark of some kind in a helper column (maybe an "X"?), and then use Data - Filter, and you can filter your sheet to only show those present, and print that out.
