Attendance Sheet

I need help making an attendance checklist. I have a list of names and member numbers and I want to make check boxes beside each name. I would like to be able to go through and click on the person's names that are present and it automatically create a new list of everyone present on a new sheet to be printed out. The new sheet needs to include First_Name , Last_Name Club # Any help is very much appreciated.
