Can anyone see what I am trying to program into a cell? Sorry, It's been a long day! Here is what I have so far:
=IF('Building Permit'!D55>=10000,250) else if ('Building Permit'!D55<10000,'Building Permit'!D55*2.5% but not <'112')
what I am trying to do is return a certain value based on a cell value from another tab. If that value is 10,000 or more than it should return 250. If the value is less than 10,000 then it should return 2.5% of that value BUT not less than 112.
