Best way to automatically 'fill' a given series.

I'm trying to automatically fill a a column with a given range in -.25 increments.
The given range is 2681.50 to 2662.50, where 2681.50 is in A3 and 2662.50 is in B3.
I'd like to automatically fill the cells from A4 down, in (-.25) increments with 2681.50 to 2662.50.

Is there a way to incorporate the given end of range (2676.25) into the formula so the column fills automatically to that end when when the 'Given'(A3) & (B3) range values are entered?
