If Function for Time Calculation

    Hi guys, whatsup?
    Can anyone tell why formulas in column G don't work please?
    Can anyone figure it out?


    What I need is the following:
    if the first login is earlier than the shift time to make the tardiness 0
    if the first login is after the shift time to calculate the difference in minutes

    The result in the formula in F3 is yielding a date/time combination, so it will always be larger than the time only cell, E3.


    Try this version:


    =IF(E3<MOD(F3,1),0,F3-E3)
