Print Reports from a dropdown list in Excel into one PDF

  • Hi,

    I've very new to VBA, I have a excel spreadsheet that produces report from a number of various other sheets within the same document.

    What I want to do is create a macro that once it runs, produces one PDF of each report and saves into one PDF in the order that from the drop-down list, show the page number in the bottom in the same order as the dropdown list and show the date as well. also the PDF will be saved with a given name

    I am not sure if this is possible to do, but i am trying to save each report from the drop down list into a new temp workbook, and then print them all from that temp workbook then delete that temp workbook.

    but the code i get so far, (it works) it saves each report into a different new workbook and does not print to PDF.

    but if you have better solution, please share with me !!!

    Thank you!

    For Each c In inputRange
    dvCell = c.Value

    Set wb = Workbooks.Add
    ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Projections").Copy Before:=wb.Sheets(1)

    i = i + 1
    Next c
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
