Use SQL database for VBA userform

    Hi Team,


    I have a form which some data and I need to use sql as database for that form.. mean every submit entry goes to sql data base ... is there any way to do that???


    data will be like


    name/ DOB/ User ID, / Address/ Contact details..... .. .like personal details..
