VBA / Macro - Automated Approval / Rejection Number

Hi All,

I was hoping to get some guidance on my problem below.

I would like to write a VBA that automatically checks if Column L says "Approved" and in Column A gives me to next Approval number (CELL###). As well as the same process for "Rejected" (REJ###).

Please find attached Sample workbook, I would like this to be triggered automatically by Column L saying "Approved" or "Rejected" if that is possible otherwise when i hit save it could automatically generate
