Conditional Formatting

So i am currently trying to match up our stock record with the warehouse record and see where there are gaps. I want the colour to change depending on whether it is higher, lower or matches. for example is F4=E4 it goes green, if its lower it goes red and higher it goes yellow. I know how to get this up for an individual cell, however i can't currently get this set up for a the whole column. Each cell has to match the correct cell, for example F5=E5 F10=E10 F16=E16 and so on, obviously i dont have the time or effort to do this to every single cell would rather just do that to all the cells in one go, but no idea how.
