Adding a hyphen delimiter for consecutive strings

There is a need to replace cell with consecutive strings by "-" delimiter.

Example:
- Input: R1, R2, R3, R4, R7, R9, R10
- Output: R1-R4, R7, R9-R10

Please your kind help with a UDF code.
