Use Option Button when selected to copy selected field and paste in other sheets

Is this possible? - I want to select the cell next to the cell that holds the option button when selected to populate to other sheets in the workbook. In the example below if you select the first option button it would copy the cell next to it and paste it into weeks 1 thru, etc..

i want the user to be able to select one of the 5 action plans and when they do the information in the cell next to it would copy to other sheets. Since the cell that's adjacent to the box is dynamic I'm lost. The box goes hand and hand with the users competency selection.
