Populate formula for the rows with same text

Hi,

I need help. i have thousands of SKUs and product codes. 1 SKU can have many product codes. For the same SKU, i need VBA to pickup all the product codes showing

e.g productcode 1 | productcode 2 | productcode 3

I am thinking probably need to first find when is the 1st occurance of SKU , then populate the formula to show the product codes. But there is other way that can just find the list of product code without even have to find the formula for 1st SKU occurance, not so sure.
