Adding specific cell ranges to combobox

The long and short of it is, I need to insert the values from columns A, B, and P into a 3-column combobox. While getting the data from A and B is easy, (ComboBox1.List = Worksheets("ELL's").Range("A17:B40").Value) I cannot for the life of me get the values from P into the box as well. Is there a way to add a specific column of data rather then a range? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pleased to help, b ecause you have a continuous range you can substitute CurrentRegion so that the range is dynamic.
