office 365 login

I have a simple query that whenever I am going ahead and I am trying to create an a profile in Outlook and also I am trying to connect to Microsoft office 365, I am getting an error "trying to connect". I have contacted the help desk and checked all the settings and manuals as guided. Guide us if we have to add on anything.
