Compare Both the Sheet and update and populate multiple feild

Hi All,

I am stuck as cannot make a VBA code for the below logic. Could anyone help me with the below problem.

Issue: I have got 2 Sheets in the same work book, which needs to compare multiple columns in both the sheets and will update the status field along with Sent, not sent and time field. It will also copy the notification sent on date and update that on sheet 1.

For better understanding I have attached a screen shot of the logic that I am trying to implement

PLEASE HELP ME with this as I am trying for the past week.

Is there no one that can help me with his code
