Based on column name matching the values should be copied (dynamical)

Hi,

I have 5 columns fixed were i need to entry data.

some time i get all 5 column data and some time i get few like 3 or 4 column data.

Now the issue is based on column name i need to copy below mentioned values.

the screenshot has been attached below for reference..

This below screenshot is for i get.

but below is were i need to maintain if some column doesn't have data
