Creating folders based on the file name in a folder …

Am having 100 documents and I need to create a folder and copied that files based on the file name.

Files name: 16603411-TaggedTables, 16603411

First 8 eights no’s are common before “ –TaggedTables ” string and folder has to be created with that 8 no.’s and all files related to that 8 no’s to be copied into that folder.
