Daily reporting in Excel - how to create pivot table

Good Morning,

I am attaching file which we are working on daily bases and need to report in the evening. at the moment with my simple formula it is working good but if i change any row for date change then i have revised my report. i tried to use pivot table but it is also not working the way we want reporting. Thank you so much for always helping in this forum. please find attached file.

Hi,

I am sorry. I have to report each date counting of each categories of province. for my reporting i have (ON, AB and BC) provinces and also for each day how many language received that is total number of English (E) and total number of French (F).

I am attaching another dummy file for more clarity.
