Run-Time Error 5854 String parametere too long

Hi

Am having code of batch replacing strings and getting error for char more than 250, can any one help to fix this issue...

My code is shown below:

Try this code and see if it behaves, if so the find is big criteria, generally I hit one unique word

Try find subsidies only
