I want to save data in this single sheet date wise for 1 month,
When i change the date the previous data should not removed .
I know its possible with VBA and Spin button please help.

Sir All i want that is,
Whenever i will save data in this sheet, date wise
for example today is 4/27/2020 and i save date in format then tomorrow i will add data for 4/28/2020
then previous dates data should not be removed from sheet
I want to use this format for complete month when i change the date via button all data should be available on format which i have been saved date wise.
want to use this as data entry form but data should be saved just on this given format date wise.

What button and how would it remove data?

Where Column C and H are changing with spin button.

If i add the data today and change the date then Column D to i should be empty to enter the data

Alright let me explain.
I just want that if there are 30 days and everyday i need to mention new data on same format on same sheet but it is not possible with excel because
i have to remove earlier data which is on it.
On below sheet month is changing if i add data in Jan-2020 in Column C to F and if i change the month same previous data will be show that is problem.
Jan data should be saved with Jan-2020 and Feb data with Feb-2020 and so on.
Is it possible now.

You need to store all the data in a different sheet. Where is the data for actual figures?
Also, is Friday a weekend day?

I've edited some of your formulas so that you aren't using Nested IFS. All the data should be stored in the data sheet, I've added some dummy figures in.
The report sheets achieved figures are populated using VLOOKUP.
If you change the date with the spin buttons the figures are updated with the figures for that month

Here is the original sheet which was attached in first comments,
I just want that i have below sheet and there is 1 format in it, i want to attached this format with date validation for 1 month and so on,
If i put some text in format cells today and change the date then previous written format should be saved with the date and also format should be empty to mention new text for new date.
