Problem with COUNTIFS formula, dosnt show proper results

Hi all!

Im trying to get the summary of cells in two columns that in column AN have value of 1 and in Column F nickname that i choose.

I got the wrong results, it shows me always 0 ;/

Maybe somebody knows whats wrong with this formula?

=COUNTIFS(Sheet2!$AN:$AN,1,Sheet2!$T:$T,¨mbbravo¨)

Sorry, i wanted to mean that it should look in column T

i had to cut the workbook so it changed location of the cells, but ive already changed the formula to it gets proper cells
