Providing Notification of When a Task is Due Based on Dates

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet that tracks when training is renewed. As you can see, it's set up to turn the cells red in Column E if a date is past due. Is there a formula available where the cell will turn red 30 days before the due date, rather than when it's past due?
