Looking to have a value in one cell at the end of the row copy into another cell based on the cell's color. Is this possible to achieve with a basic formula?

You are using a conditional formatting rule to generate your reference color ...
But, this fill color cannot serve as a basis for a formula ...
Seems that you have built your spreadsheet without week-ends ... and your End Dates in Column D can fall on week-ends ...
Is that right ? One path would be to locate in your Row # 2 the closest date to the reference End Date in order to display the corresponding # of Men ...
