Count the Values Between the Rows Excel 2016

I have attached a sheet where i am striving hard to count the Col"F" values available between the Row 31 to 49. then 50 to 85 and so on as available in the sheet

Please have a look. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I have tried with this below formula but its not working.

COUNTIFS(F:F,D:D,">="&I6,D:D,"<="&J6)

Hi, Carim why the SUM is not equal i have highlighted the SUM with Orange color.

Please look into this problem.
