Search for a partial folder name within a group of subfolders, move the folder and it's contents to a destination folder

I am looking for a VBA that will search a single cell value for a partial sub folder name, then move that sub folder and folders and contents within to a archive destination folder.

The folder names within the source folder are set out like this:- DPR 12345 Surname

The five figure reference is unique and that is the partial value of the folder I would like to search.

To clarify:- Once the five figure number is input into a single cell, a button is pressed which will run the macro, find the folder, and move the folder DPR 12345 Surname, it's sub folders and contents to an archive destination folder.

I am new to VBA and the dummy guide approach would be most welcome.

I just want to try and make it easier for staff, to put a partial folder name in a cell that would look up the source folder path and move its folder and contents to the destination folder at the push of a command button.

Both source and destination folder paths are also on a network.

I was hoping a vba sub routine would do the trick, but can’t find anything that suits my requirements.

I'm getting runtime error 424 object required on this:-

FromPath = "\\DFW03018\Data_DFZ70069\199711009\workgroup\DATA_MAN\shared\RAR WoH" & "*" & Interface.Range("A2").Value & "*"

The folder name in the source folder is called DPR 19871 Test and I have ran the macro by just having 19871 in the cell, which is how I would like it.

I have put the full folder name in but still get the same runtime error

I also want it moved over not copied if that's possible?

That is what I have called the tab, instead of sheet1 I have named it as Interface with a capital I

We are getting somewhere,

Msg box popped up saying DPR 19781 Doesn't exist.

It does but the folder name is actually DPR 19781 Test

In real terms "test" would be a surname
