Extracting Values from colored cells

Hey, it is possible that when clicking on ok button next to riser number it shows anchor point and by clicking calculate button it adds all the value?

it just dont work with the ones not having loop location

like for second anchor point it does not have a loop still it calculates the floor height.

any suggestions for this?
