Match a value against a date and enter the matched value

I closed the other messages before came here because no solution was provided unlike yours

the only thing is the match part need to work

=IF(DAY(AW1)<10,"",IF(Y9=9,BF1,""))

if the day is 14 its paste 5 in Y10 under Y9

sud actually be blank because bf1 does not match with Y9
