Graph for x-axis=date vs y-axis=number of cells

I would like to do a graph that does what the subject says...

so basically on the axis you have each day... then y axis the number of cells each date has

trying to use countif formula but since this is a running log I am trying to figure out how to continuously keep adding dates

I am now using a countif within an if statement (except for the first date)

=if(B3<>B2,COUNTIF(B:B,B3),

trying to figure out how to say if the one before it does not equal the current one count number of cells with that date.... if it does equal, skip

Forgot to answer your question about the continuous Refresh...

A simple event macro will handle the process for you
