VBA code for entering fixed number of rows based on certain condition in a cell

Hi all
I want to generate a code which will enter fixed number(4) of rows if a certain value(Selected from a dropdown) is entered in cells of a column(Say Column B).
For eg:
If a user enter: 876594 in B2, 4 rows should get inserted below it.
The user will do next entry in B7, then 4 rows should get inserted below it.
And, so on.

Can anyone help me with a working code. I have tried codes for inserting blank rows but that isn't working because of said conditions.
