insert row before row based on word and pull values after matching

Hi

I have two sheets MAIN & DATA . the sheet data depends on any new items are existed in sheet main but not existed in sheet DATA . then should pull values for the items in sheet DATA after match in COL A ,B,C,D between the sheets and insert a new row before row contains word AGGREGATE , if there are new items but the values should be in last columns PU, SA with considering every time I insert three columns PU,SA,PL . it should copy the value into last COLS PU , SA

note: when insert a new row should be with the same formmating and borders also the formulas .I put the result in sheet OUTPUT and highlighted by blue color for new items and pull the values for the others items after matching
