Highlight lowest value if unique

Hi, I would like to highlight in green the lowest value in each columns C to U but only if there is only one value for the lowest amount. I can use conditional formatting using min but it will highlight all values equal to the lowest. Any suggestions. Thanks.

If there is more than one value, I don't highlight anything. If the player has the only lowest score in a column, I highlight it and he wins a prize. Otherwise I don't mark anyone.
