My Formula is giving me a remainder when there shouldn't be one...How do I fix?

I Created a budget tracking sheet for my engineering group. on my invoice page I am having an issue where it is giving me a remainder out to the 30th decimal place when there shouldn't be any remainder. how do I fix this as it is causing other issues in columns that are looking this value to be zero or not.
