Macro button disappearing

Hi my first time in here is where my brains goes haywire or fried up, lol. To the person that mention about having two worksheets as I have the same issues. My worksheet is DBA5 Sheet1 and DBA5 Sheet2 basically both work sheet is setup the same way however designed differently.

In DBA5 Sheet1 VBA codes are the same for DBA5 Sheet2 is where I might have messed up the coding part (not bad for a beginners like me) But Sheet1 works then saved the file and closed it out and open up Sheet2 to see if my "Clear Numbers" button works and its gone.. This is where my brains goes NUTS!! That code below goes for DBA5 Sheet2 which is the same for DBA5 Sheet1 so where am I doing wrong here.

Do you need both files to see what I did as I zipped both of them both for you as you can take a look at of what I am actually doing. The DBA5 Sheet 2 has been send to my boss so they can use it. But the DBA5 Sheet 1 is not functioning right now because they are both a same just a bit different designed on excel. Once my boss decides which file will be used and the other will be deleted. But right now I need both files to function correctly.

Really so I did put in the code and test it out.. when I save it then close it out. I open it up just now. why is it not there anymore I don't get it as it suppose to stay in there. so what am I doing wrong here?
