Hide rows based on two dropdown selections

Hi,

I have two dropdowns one in cell C5 and one in cell C10.

Dropdown options are Low, Medium and High for both dropdowns.

I would like rows 10 to 15 to hide only when both dropdowns show High in their selection.

Any other selection no rows should be hidden.

How do I do that using VBA code (no filters but code as this is part of a more complex exercise)?
