Hi guys, I have this sample formula
Quote=IF(O78="RECIBED";TODAY();"")
this is in the cell O79 for example, but I want when I write RECIBED on the O78 cell in the O79 cell show de date of the day of modification, cause I need a date of RECIBED and I'm looking for it to be automatic 
I hate any kind of date stamp formula where iteration and circular refs are required ... and your query sounds like that kind of thing. Can I ask why you are not solving this using VBA with Worksheet_Change event?
