VBA - Sorting Formula has stopped working

I have been using this workbook for some time now and got alot of help here to get it working. Suddenly it has stopped working.

My "Unique" formulas have stopped updating unless I go and click the formula and select the text bar at the top and click out.

Most importantly when I try to add a PO with my Macro button it errors out and says "There isn't enough memory to complete this action." I then get a debug error (snapshot attached).

This workbook has worked in the past and now will not!

I have attached OZGRID Help Example 1 which is before I try to add the "PO Number"

File to big to add both examples and will be on separate post. Example 2 is after the error where it tries to add the PO number to every cell.

No it is still to large. I think it becomes to large after I try to add the PO number, and instead of it adding it to only the sorted and filters cells it adds it to literally every cell on the page causing the file size to inflate dramatically. You were actually on of the people who helped me with this VBA when I first created this workbook. I know you help a lot of people so you would not remember, but if you could look at the code on the example/snapshot I attached on the first post.

Where's the original question? Does it have an example workbook?

Also, if your workbook is so big it might be a problem. What is the actual size of it?

the one that is attached in the first post has only on item in it and some budget info

what should I be doing to find the row?

I have discovered that this issue goes away once more than one item is input into the "Parts List" sheet. Anyone have idea on how to prevent this without having to add a dummy line, as this dummy line shows up in all my Pivot tables on my "Dashboard" sheet.

Another option: Can anyone help me remove the dummy line from the Pivot tables?

I do appreciate the help as I am very new to all this. Most of what is written is combination of help I received from here. In the example you edited I am now not getting any info populating into the "Req" Dropdown

I added back in my "UniqueReq" List but still got this error.

This is what I added back in to get the list to populate:

This is on the "Formulas" sheet

Its a list of every Req Number that is placed in the sheet without duplicates

And how would I load it from the Database?

was the 1 a typo or should it be there?

I tried without it and it put the information in the wrong locations
