Excel vba to automate an email based on blank cell

Hi I have a spreadsheet that is updated regularly, I would like to automate it so once it's updated I can have emails sent to those who haven't completed certain modules e.g those that have blank cells. I have attached a draft of what I have so far. I have outlook opening however I do not have an email addresses being populated.Test Macro.xlsm
